But one of my favorite meals from there is the Organic Ty Plate. It is seasoned tempeh smothered in peanut sauce, with black beans and brown rice, topped cilantro and scallions. The Organic Southern Sampler is a must try as well. It is their signature BBQ Tofu served with Mac & Cheeze and seasonal vegetables topped with parsley. Don’t forget the homemade cornbread for the Southern Sampler!
